UNATOTO offers the well-known Japanese eel rice dish that has been enjoyed for a long time in the Land of Cherry Blossoms at a reasonable price. You will be able to consume eel grilled over a charcoal fire, which has a crispy covering and tender meat that fills the restaurant with aroma.

Unatoto's Secret Sauce

We utilize a carefully selected brewed soy sauce that complements the eel, and in addition to adding depth to the flavor, we balance sugar and other components and add rice vinegar to tighten the overall flavor and create a powerful sauce.

Rice

The rice used in Unatoto's specifically selected rice is meticulously chosen from rice farmers across the country and is the best fit for the eel bowl.
